I have joined this institute for an Advanced Digital Marketing Course, and my experience is very good. The training program is completely practical and includes live projects in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and GMB. The mentors are very experienced and encouraging.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I enrolled in this institute with high expectations based on the information shared during the admission process. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

I attended only 5 days of classes, and during those 5 days, the classes were about Google Business Profile (Local SEO). I found the concept of keyword research difficult to understand. When I asked how to identify primary and secondary keywords, I was told to use ChatGPT for the answer. Later, when I requested a refund and mentioned this as one of the reasons, the instructor denied ever saying that, which was very disappointing.

Another issue was that I was not informed before admission that regular classes would be held only 3 days a week. I came to know about this only after joining. Before I paid the course fee, I was told that I could attend on holidays for extra practice and guidance. However, after I enrolled and paid the fees, whenever I asked if I could come on a holiday for practice, I was told not to come. This was disappointing because it was one of the commitments made during the admission process.
Classes are scheduled to start at 8:00 AM. Every day, students arrive on time and wait outside for 10–15 minutes because the instructors themselves arrive late.
When I requested a refund due to lack of proper teaching, I was denied, with the reasoning that I was meant to learn "complete SEO" — despite only 5 days of local SEO having been (inadequately) covered.

Before payment, a lot of promises are made about the support and learning you'll receive. Once the fee is paid, none of these commitments are honored, and any concern raised is met with blame shifted back to the student.
I also find it questionable that every single review for this institute is a 5-star rating, with not one negative review. In any real training program, it's natural for at least a few students to have had an average or poor experience. The complete absence of any critical feedback raises doubts about whether the reviews reflect genuine, unprompted customer experiences.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this institute and suggest prospective students verify course structure, schedule, and refund policies clearly in writing before enrolling.
